This award is a great accomplishment for ATC. Employee safety is important to ATC and this acknowledgment is a great recognition. This certificate of Safety Achievement is a commitment to protecting our employees from on-the-job injuries and creating a safe work environment for those who work ATC. We at ATC are continuously looking at ways to provide employee safety within the workplace. We participate yearly in the Safety Grant program through our insurance carrier, we have provided OSHA 10 training to our field technicians, we have an in-house forklift training program, and we conduct safety talks with our field techs making sure that we discuss important topics as it relates to their safety in the field. It's always important to be prepared no matter what line of work you are in.  In the facility maintenance world our guys have to be prepared for just about anything and with that they need standard equipment on them at all times. PREDICTIVE MAINTENANCE:  There's a couple of aspects to this type of maintenance - *Predicting when equipment could potentially fail AND scheduling regular preventive maintenance intervals before a major issue occurs or equipment fails. PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE:  Taking measures to make routine maintenance checks; such as quarterly, to make sure systems and/or equipment is functioning at full capacity and as a way to get ahead of the curve should serious issues arise. *Routine inspections of equipment can prevent high costs in reactive maintenance REACTIVE MAINTENANCE: By this time you have possibly reached an extensive bill to either repair damage or non-functioning equipment.  Putting in place the above mentioned protocols can save you hundreds to thousands of dollars in the long run.

Just like with your home it's important to do regular maintenance on various things around your business to ensure it's longevity as well as its curb appeal for your customers. SPRING IS HERE and it's a great time to get some things checked out and updated:  From air filters to thermostats...landscaping updates, window washing, checking for roof leaks as well as any potential rodent proofing that needs to be addressed.
