PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE:  Taking measures to make routine maintenance checks; such as quarterly, to make sure systems and/or equipment is functioning at full capacity and as a way to get ahead of the curve should serious issues arise. *Routine inspections of equipment can prevent high costs in reactive maintenance REACTIVE MAINTENANCE: By this time you have possibly reached an extensive bill to either repair damage or non-functioning equipment.  Putting in place the above mentioned protocols can save you hundreds to thousands of dollars in the long run.
